Sol's 8th Birthday and Baptism

About a week after we got home Sol turned 8! My kids are growing up so fast it is unbelievable. he had a mellow birthday with just the family and about a week after his bday his grandparents and cousin Mikey came up for his baptism. It was a great baptism. Manga (grandma Stewart) gave the baptism talk and Nanny (grandma Hawkins) gave the confirmation talk. The grandpas gave the opening and closing prayer and Sol was baptized and confirmed by his dad. It was a nice day. Sol is such a great kid with such a strong spirit and personality. He is so ready to go in anything and everything put in front of him. He is a great kid and we are happy that he is ours.

Cruise

The second week in AZ. Chase and I left the kids to go on a cruise to the Mexican Riviera. We had a good time. Our favorite stop was Puerto Vallarta. We did zip lining through the canopy of the rain forest. They drive you up to the top and there was 13 zip lines over the canyons down to the bottom. The longest zip line was over a half mile long. I was a little scared at first, but it was so much fun. Once you get down to the bottom they have mules waiting for you that take you back up to the top to catch a ride back to the ship. It was a good relaxing trip. We did a lot of hanging out at the beach at our different ports and just sitting by the pool on the ship.

Arizona

After Utah we spent about 3 weeks in Az. for the summer. Even though it was hot we had a great time swimming and playing with cousins all summer long.
