Basketball

This year we have six kids playing basketball. It is so much fun watching them play. Chase played on the high school team, Hannah on the middle school team and the little boys playing city ball. Chase really improved since last year and gained a lot of confidence. Hannah played inter murals last year for the first time, she tried out and made her team this year. She really enjoyed it and was voted most inspirational. Simeons team won the championship. He dominates scoring on his team. He is really a good athlete, but is held back by his breathing issues. Solomon is an animal as usual. He is just a natural. He has perfect form and just understands the game even at his young age. Ben is about a foot taller then any one on his team or that they play. He is a giant so he can stand there and get any rebound just because no one can reach as tall as he is. He loves it and is learning how to play. Gideon is playing for the first time, and loves that he finally has a sport to go to. Gid loves to pass the ball, I don't think he realized he could shoot the ball. Last Saturday at his game Chase told him he would give him a dollar for every shot he took and another if he made the basket. Gid got 20 dollars. We don't usually pay kids for their sports, Chase was trying to get him to shoot. He made 10 points for his team. It was so funny. Before when ever he touched the ball he would immediately pass now he shoots and can score. I only have pictures of three so far I will add more later.
