Moving

Yes it is true we are finally moving. On Monday Chase put our house up for rent on Craig's list, and we had offers and people calling left and right offering more money so they could rent it.Apparently the rental market is so HOT right now because the banks aren't giving loans as easily. The first day we decided on a family they wanted a two year lease and might end up buying it later. If we decide to come back then we still have some where to go.I am flying up to Seattle tomorrow to find somewhere for us to live.We are moving the seek of September 22-26th.I am so excited to be able to be with Chase ,but I am also really sad to leave.

Ali,

That's great you can finally be with Chase but I bet it's pretty hard to leave your friends and family. Good Luck. I found your blog through Kira's hope it's OK I'm peeking in on your life. Take Care. :)

It's really sad you are leaving, my kids have really enjoyed getting to know yours - but it is good for families to be together. Good for you guys! I hope you love the PNW (Pacific Northwest) - there is so much to do - be sure to take advantage of it. There are so many things to do and see that your kids will LOVE! Be sure to take them whale watching in the spring, and to pick blackberries along country roads... I could go on and on. Take them for a ride on the ferry, they'll love that too, Pike Place Market - early in the morning to watch them toss fish in the market, the Space Needle - I'm getting a little homesick now. I do hope you'll keep in touch!

Yeah,I am so happy you all get to be together now. Good luck with the house hunting! And thank you for getting back to me about preschool. I know who Kim is and that would be great if Jace could get in with her. When you get a chance could you give me her #. I don't have my ward directory with me here. Thank you so much!

Did you find a house?

Oh, no! I just found you and your leaving?! What a disappointment. But after living away from Shane for two years while he worked in another town, I can relate to how wonderful it is to have a hubby come home every single day. I'm happy for you. And jealous, too! There is nowhere I'd rather live than the rainy, cloudy, green, and cold Northwest!!

Wow! Seattle, here you come! If you go to my sister Maddie or Ali's blogs you can see some cool pictures that they just took up there on vacation. The place is beautiful, there's no doubt about that! I would love to hear where you find a house... call me sometime if you think about it. We will sure miss your cute family. Good luck with everything!

Congrats on the long awaited move, but we are sure going to miss you. It was so fun getting to go to your house the other day and just sit at talk. You're going to have to keep up on your blog, so we can see all that's going on with your family.

I just heard you were moving soon and I was sad for us, but so relieved for your family. Dan & I lived apart for 3 months when we moved here and I stayed in Cali to sell our home. It was tough! We will miss your family and your talents in our ward so much. Glad you're keeping your foot in the door by not selling now! Enjoy the beautiful GREEN of Seattle and please come back to visit often;-)

Boo for us. :(

Hey here's a positive -- you'll love the running up there. You don't have to get up at 6 a.m. to beat the heat! You can run around Lake Washington in the middle of the day if you want. I'm jealous (not of the running, but of the weather).

Fisher told me already he's going to miss Solly. (yes, he calls him Solly)
